License questions
What happens when an annual license ends?
The app returns to Free without deleting your data. After renewal, the same device becomes Pro again at the next periodic check.
Can I move the license to a new computer?
Yes. Deactivate the old device from the License screen, then activate on the new one. One device can be active at a time.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — within 14 days of purchase, through the channel on your payment receipt or our support address. Mandatory consumer rights stay unaffected.
Is the price really in Turkish lira? What is the $ figure next to it?
The catalog price is shown in ₺, the contract amount is set in ₺, and the checkout page will show the amount in ₺ too. Because our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, collects the equivalent in USD at its own rate at the moment of payment, we also show an approximate $ amount next to the ₺ price. That estimate is calculated from the European Central Bank reference rate, updated daily, so your card statement may differ by a few cents.
