The managed dashboard question
Dokploy Cloud hosts the dashboard while your applications stay on your own servers. That is a reasonable trade for many people — but it does mean a third party holds the access to your infrastructure.
MihraOps has no cloud dashboard at all. The backend handles licensing/updates and an anonymous daily usage tally derived from the update check; it has no path to your servers, by design.
Both are young
Dokploy and MihraOps are both newer than Coolify and Portainer, so compare them on what they do today rather than on a roadmap. Install both against a throwaway VPS for an afternoon; the answer will be obvious faster than any comparison table can make it.
